Haiku Heights - DESIRE
The quest for knowledge
My soul's unending desire
Enjoys the journey
Sensational Haiku Wednesday - LOVE
A flowing river
Seeking its eternal love
Travels to the sea
My spirit soars high
My soul dances with deep joy
Love gives me great wings
Blogging For Fun - I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU
Young, shy and silent
Yet I will always love you
Hold you in my heart
Far apart we are
But I will always love you
Entwined destinies
Ever on my mind
And I will always love you
Will we meet again?
Think of me sometimes
As I will always love you
Deep within my soul
Warm Regards

ReplyDeleteesp like the river seeking its eternal love!
Thanks Tara. I like that too. Those lines were inspired by the Elvis song Can't help falling in love - "Like a river flows, surely to the sea".
DeleteLovely words
ReplyDeleteThanks LindyLou. Glad you liked them.
Deletehere's an anti love chinese idiom:
ReplyDeleteThe dropping flower has intent,
The flowing water is heartless.
Did the rain wash away the scum your birds have lovinly deposited on your roof?
Thanks Ann. I guess there is always another side to everything and no doubt we experience those moments in life too. But by and large, I like to view life as joyous and loving.
