Haiku - Spring and Hour

Sensational Haiku Wednesday - Spring

It's actually Autumn herein New Zealand so writing about Spring seems odd. But here's one I wrote a long time ago on Spring. This one was inspired by the hills around my house

Tranquil lush green hills
Pretty flowers everywhere
New beginnings, Spring

Haiku Heights - Hour

The hour has arrived
Life changing moments occur
Make a fresh new start

  5. Both of your haiku are lovely, and brimming with optimism. I especially like the one about Spring, perhaps because it is Spring here.

  8. Sometimes it's hard (for me, at least) to recognise when that life-changing hour has arrived...

    1. Often we are unaware and it creeps up on us suddenly. I think that's the way it's meant to be.
