For this round I am challenging myself to writing acrostic poems.
Day 3 prompt is Serenity.
S - Staying in a state of calmness
E - Enjoying life
R - Resting one's mind now and then from the daily grind
E - Energetic living. Understanding everything is energy and connected.
N - Netting your "profits" and "losses" (and I don't mean in monetary terms)
I - Introspection. Knowing your own self.
T - Tranquil thoughts even in the face of calamity,
Y - Yesterday is gone and no one knows what tomorrow brings. Staying in the now.

ReplyDeleteThat sums up serenity, perfectly! Being in the moment, not worrying about things that are not in my control, meditation, letting go are some things that help me stay calm and serene under stressful situations.
