Every once in a while the urge to get fit takes over and I start on a new exercise regime.
But I can never seem to keep it going.
Either I get bored with it or my body protests vehemently that it's too arduous and actually detrimental to my well-being. And long hours of exercising is simply not sustainable.
Inevitably frustration sets in and I cross it out as another failed attempt.
Then I found Tabata. 5 minutes a day. I can manage that.
Will it work? Won't know till I try.
So for now Tabata is my daily exercise mantra.

Started my Tabata regime on Saturday. So far so good. 5 minutes of high intensity interval training sounds easy, trust me, it is not.
Warm Regards
