2017 is finally over. Thank goodness.
The year was a mixed bag for me, some memorable moments and many challenges. I am glad to see the end of it and looking forward to 2018.
At the start of the year I chose the word Andante and blogging certainly and unfortunately went at the andante pace which I regret. Words are so powerful.
So do I have a word for 2018? Haven't decided on one yet but tossing up a few ideas ... write, achieve, create, learn, enjoy, fun ... will see if anything else unfolds or if one of these jumps out at me.
Have you chosen a word or have some new year resolutions? Please share and tell me a little about it.
Wish you all a fun filled 2018. Happy New Year

ReplyDeleteIt's not a word this year but fitness is my focus this year. I do hope you write more and have a more productive 2018.
ReplyDeleteI have written a post for the two words I have chosen for the year 2018 - HOPE and FAITH. The two words I will need throughout! :)
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year.. hope you will be inspired soon on the word you are looking for.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you and yours. My word theme for 2018 is Resist. I've been choosing word themes for about 7 or 8 years now and the word always comes to me a few days before the new year. My word for 2017 was MOVE and it worked out well for me. I look forward to your 2018 posts. Write on!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Suzy and may the new season rings cheerz. The idea of a new word sounds a good ground to hit in embracing wholeness.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a happy new year and hope you find your guiding word soon! Mine is changemaker. I hope to light up some sparks by the end of this year :)
ReplyDeleteWish you a very happy new year Suzy. Hope to see you more in the blogging scene 😀
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Suzy! Hope 2018 is kind to you
ReplyDeleteNo resolutions. But some new projects. One is a target of ridding my house of things I don't need, and to keep count. I haven't start yet, but I'm enthusiastic about the idea.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
Oh, and if Andante didn't work for you, maybe try Allegretto?
I didn't choose one last year but this year I have chosen Serenity... I need it in my life..
ReplyDeleteWishing you a HAppy New YEAR :)

Hi there and Thanks for stopping by Travelnwrite. I love meeting other expats. And I discovered, in turn, your wonderful blog. Hmmmm, a word for the year. I hadn't thought about one but you've made me put on my thinking cap!
