Cherished Love

is my choice for C this week for ABC Wednesday.

And the choice stems from Write Tribe's prompt of 55 Fiction. This is my first attempt at 55 Fiction and I found it hugely challenging.

Calm and composed, she gazed at the clouds.
Confusion and turmoil carefully masked.
Crushing pain tearing her heart apart.
Crying was futile. He was gone, a charismatic young life cruelly snuffed out. "Why?" she silently lamented.
Closing her eyes she saw his captivating smile, felt his comforting arms. Memories bringing her joy.
Love cherished forever.

Have a cool day.

Warm Regards

    2. Amazing to find someone here who is familiar with the good old 'Bombay' days!! ;) Now it is Mumbai and getting a facelift!!

    3. The good old Bombay days were great. A facelift is not too bad as long as they don't change it beyond recognition.

    4. And I refuse to call VT CST - that to me is sacrilege.

    1. Thanks Corinne. Good to see a C move to an A. Though in NZ an A would translate to just a pass mark as in Achieved. Confuses everyone.
